I run an Architectural Design and need a results-driven marketer who can turn my website, into a reliable source of qualified enquiries. My ideal client is a homeowner planning a renovation or extension, and I want the bulk of enquiries to centre on full home renovations and paid planning & design consultations. You’ll take ownership of SEO, Google Ads, social media campaigns and on-site conversion optimisation, using data to raise search visibility, lift relevant traffic and convert visitors into booked calls. Experience in the architecture, construction or home-renovation space is a strong advantage because you already understand the language, seasonality and decision cycles of these projects. Key deliverables • A clear growth plan with monthly traffic and lead targets • Full on-page and technical SEO audit, followed by fixes and content recommendations • Google Ads setup or overhaul with tight keyword clusters focused on renovation intent • Social media ad funnels that retarget visitors and nurture them toward a consultation • Conversion tracking and reporting so I can see exactly which channels create paying clients When you reply, include past work that shows measurable improvements—screenshots, dashboards or concise case notes are perfect. If you can outline an approach that gets homeowners excited to renovate with us, I’m ready to move quickly.

I am soon to be launching Watts Better - a solutions identifier for homeowners exploring Solar and Battery options, free to use. I am looking for novel ideas for promotion of the website and service - https://umdyu37ozs.zite.so/ I have no shortage of ideas of awareness of standard channels and SEO, but the SEO will take time. Currently my main intention is to target specific traffic on YouTube with relevant ads. This is current rough plan there - Audiences (one ad group each) A. Competitor intent (about 50% of budget) Custom segment, set to “people who searched for any of these terms on Google”: • solarquotes , solar quotes , solar quotes brisbane , solar choice , solarchoice , finn peacock , compare solar quotes , solar battery quotes brisbane , best solar installer brisbane , solar installer reviews brisbane Second custom segment, set to “people who browse websites similar to”: • solarquotes.com.au , solarchoice.net.au Put both segments in the same ad group. B. Rebate and battery intent (about 40%) Custom segment from search terms: • cheaper home batteries program , battery rebate qld , home battery rebate , is a battery worth it , solar battery brisbane , battery payback , tesla powerwall price , sigenergy battery , alphaess battery , time of use tariff energex , feed in tariff qld , solar battery cost C. Remarketing (about 10%, from week 3) • Website visitors in the last 30 days who haven’t completed a report. • People who watched any of your ads for 30 seconds. Skip this group until the audience reaches the minimum size Google requires. Keep A and B separate so you can see which one actually produces reports. --- 4. Timeline "Stage","Estimate" "Views (at about A$0.14 each)","~8,500" "Website visits (~2.2% of views)","~190" "Completed calculator reports (~20% of visits)","~35–40" "Installs (~10% of reports, over the next 1–3 months)","~3–5" "Install revenue","~A$1,200–2,000" However, as stated I want to try and find something novel.

I'm launching Lead Engine by KEO — an all-in-one CRM built for Australian small businesses, sole traders, content creators (and soon agencies). It's $49 + GST a month, and that includes your email and text campaigns, landing pages (microsites), social media posts, whatsapp, telegram, video meetings, studio editor, Facebook/Google ads + more all in one place (most businesses pay for 5–10 separate tools to do this). I am looking for 3 real people to use it and go through a checklist and provide feedback on different sections, as well as any other features they believe would help and why. Air tasker does not have the functionality for me to accept 3 people for the same task, therefore I have to post this task 3 times. What you'll do (from home, on your computer): - Sign up with a test code I send you — no card, no cost to you - Work through 15 short, guided tasks — each one explains what you're testing, how to do it and when it's done - Connect your accounts, so we can test connecting and replying to comments — then disconnect them at the end (the last task shows you how) - Click on anything that looks wrong, is confusing or you like, and leave a comment — it's built into the app Who I'm looking for: - You run a small business, side hustle, content creator or you're comfortable using apps and social media - You have at least 3 of any mix of the below accounts you can connect for testing: Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Google Business X Threads TikTok YouTube WhatsApp Telegram Google Ads Meta ads 3 of the above is expected as a minimum for testing. You are required to make at lease 1 post or message from each of your accounts, ad accounts is not necessary. The content is of your choosing, it can be something you would typically post anyway. - Honest, detailed feedback — "this button didn't make sense because…" is exactly what I want Paid: $150 for the full set of tasks and feedback (about 2–3 hours, done any time within 5 days of commencing).
