We are doing some maintenance work to a canopy and we need some drawings to get a building permit. Very simple plans. 1 elevation, 1 RCP and 1 roof plan.

My wife and I have bought a property that is not liveable currently for our family and plan on doing a cosmetic renovation to make more liveable. Main points are bathroom and kitchen / laundry area.
