With the bi-fold doors open, the washing machine will fit inside the area if placed on some type of platform that is higher than the tracks for the door. I have off-cuts of wood, bricks and other materials, but I am unable to manoeuvre the washing machine up onto these supports and into place by myself. ALTERNATIVELY, if anyone has a longer hose, there is a bracket on the wall (from our old drier). I also need help connecting the hose as the fixture is too tight for me to undo.
