Problem: 3 year old Bosch series 4 washing machine was tripping the electricity. Possible diagnosis: we looked online and one possible issue is the heating element needs replacing. We deduced this because we unplugged the 4x plugs to the element and did a 40 degree C cycle (water couldn't heat up because element was unplugged) and it didn't trip the electricity. Request: please help with diagnosing and fixing the issue. I will order the new element from Bosch so that it is ready for you.
