I can’t open it until I open the water to release

My Samsung front-load washing machine is making very loud noises and vibrating heavily during the spin cycle. I thought it might be due to a loose connection, but I have checked the drainage hose and it appears to be connected properly. There is also a small tear in the front-load door rubber seal, which is causing a few drops of water to leak during use. Would you be able to have a look and advise whether this can be repaired? It's an LG front loader washing machine. The rim around the edges of the door leaks. But id also like the machine to be serviced for any other issues. It should generally be ok.
