Our washing machine is not draining properly. At the end of a cycle, water remains in the machine. If we open/remove the drain filter at the bottom of the machine, the water drains out manually, and there doesn’t appear to be any obvious blockage in the filter. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to check: the drain pump / internal drainage whether there is a blockage we can’t see whether the rear drain hose has been installed correctly or is contributing to the issue Please let me know your experience with washing machine repairs

I have a Solt GGSTLW55B that is not draining and finishing the cycle properly. It is showing up with error code E2, which the manual says means to check the water level sensor or drainage pump. This model does not appear to have easy access to clean out the drain pump filter.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to diagnose and repair my Euromaid front-load washing machine as soon as possible. The machine completes most of the wash cycle but gets stuck with 2 minutes remaining. It won't drain the water from the drum, and there's excessive foaming. I've already: Cleaned and checked the drain filter. Checked that the drain pump impeller spins freely and doesn't appear blocked. Checked the drain hose for obvious kinks/blockages. Restarted and power-cycled the machine multiple times. Despite this, no water comes out of the drain hose, and the cycle won't finish. I'm looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs who can diagnose whether it's a blocked pump, faulty drain pump, hose blockage or another issue, and repair it if possible. My washing machine shook so much I need to shift it back and stabilise it so it doesn’t do it again. It is enclosed on 3 sides so very difficult to move. It probably needs a trolley and lots of strength.
