washing machine was incorrectly fit to hot not cold - need this changed (and tighten to prevent leaks)

We’ve just had a new Bosch Washing machine and dryer delivered. The washing machine seems to be setup fine but the delivery guy couldn’t connect the drainage on the dryer as he said it wouldn’t fit in the hole. Previously we had both washer and dryer plumbed in, so wanting someone to come over and check dryer, potentially make the hole in the top of the drain a bit bigger so the dryer pipe can fit in, and just generally check both are connected properly and pushed back as far as possible. I have a washing machine that was installed and forgot to take the transit bolts out of. The unit is approx 70 kg and will need to be lifted straight upward about 1.5m to get them out.

We need to replace an old washing machine with a new one. The new washing machine needs to be moved downstairs, and the old one needs to be brought upstairs. The stairs have two corners, so this job requires heavy lifting.

The softener isn’t being taken by the washing machine during the cycle. Wondering if there’s any washing machine technicians out there. It’s an old machine that I was gifted so I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s some sort of blockage but I’ve checked the filter. Electrolux won’t let me book it in for repair because I don’t know the exact purchase date.
