I feel the water is not soaking properly from clothes after the run. I opened the filter and noticed that there is swimming cap stuck in a hole next to filter. The filter is clean. I tried oulling the cap with my finger but it was not possible as hole is small and my fingers were not able to reachthere..

Hi! I have a Simpson front loader, model SWF14843. The door is currently open, but stays locked after the drain cycle finishes. I was able to manually unlock it by manipulating the locking mechanism from underneath (thanks, YouTube!). It would be great if someone could please fix it tomorrow afternoon, Friday, or Saturday.
