Hi. Some more details for you: It's a 5E drain pump error. Symptoms: initially it wasn't draining at all, or draining v slowly (couldn't hear the pump working), We cleared the drain filter (bottom right of the machine) And then it actually started leaking when draining so maybe we didn't screw the filter cap back properly or the pump has ruptured. Expect we need a new pump. If you're able to quote call-out + install of new pump + the part, that would be awesome so we know what we're up for and can determine if it's worthwhile as the machine is quite old. Bosch Serie 4 washing machine is leaking and Bosch Serie 4 dryer not working.

We are looking at bringing in our washing machine into the study room to turn it into a laundry room ( currently a storage room). The water pipes and drainage is going from outside and bathroom underneath the wooden floor boards.
