Hey, I’m looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs. I have an Esatto top-loading washing machine where the bottom spinning plate (agitator/impeller) came loose. I’ve attempted to reattach it myself, but it still doesn’t seem to be working properly - the machine runs, but clothes aren’t being cleaned effectively. I suspect the agitator/impeller isn’t properly secured or engaging as it should. I have just moved, the washing machine and dryer were plugged in by the removalists however the washing machine isn't producing water to run the cycle despite the tap being turned on. The power is working though. I need help getting the water to run through the washing machine. The machines are too heavy for me to move.
