We have a fisher & paykel front loader washing machine which keeps coming up with an e702 error. Machine model WH8560P1

Our Simpson Eziset 605 washing machine has suddenly stopped receiving water from the cold water pipe. As far as we can tell the pipe isn't blocked and the wall valve is fine, but it won't receive cold water for some reason. Would like someone to look at it and identify the problem. Offer is for the initial inspection, a fair cost of repairs can be negotiated once the problem has been identified.

Haier Washing machine - HWMSP70 Bowl is not spinning properly so clothes are still soaking wet at the end of the cycle. Drainage does not seem to be a big issue, more so that it has difficulty in spinning. Google says it could be the carbon brushes have worn out in the motor, or that the washing machine belt needs to be replaced. If you accept this task, please be prepared to fix it in one visit (or 1 day). I don’t want to have to wait multiple days for someone to go and source parts. I need this fixed as soon as possible and really appreciate someone who is efficient. Please include labour and cost of parts in your quote. (Or at least comment with range of cost for parts and I can arrange for that).
