The main (largest) gas burner on my stovetop isn’t working properly. The flame comes out from underneath the burner cap instead of evenly spreading under the pot, and it keeps changing in size while cooking. I’ve already cleaned and refitted the burner parts, but the issue remains. It looks like something needs adjustment or repair. Disconnect the old freestanding gas stove and connect the new 90cm stove. Old stove can be left outside home for hardwaste collection. There is plug so electrician not needed.
