I want to remove the existing kitchen and install the new kitchen. New kitchen material will be supplied and all the cabinetry will be fixed and ready for kitchen assembly. New kitchen cabinetry to be assembled as per the layout, install a dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, fixing sink mixture, fixing acrylic splashback, fixing new ceiling LED downlights and switches.

Dyson D23 motor blew, needs a new motor and to be replaced

Over time both pigtail hoses in a dual gas regulator kit have developed leaks, and since the kit itself look pretty old (it’s a Marshall 605H) we’d like to replace the whole dual gas regulator kit. So the job is for a licensed gas fitter to remove the old kit, and supply, install, test & certify the installation of a new dual regulator kit equivalent to the one shown in the photos attached. The location is on the side of the outside of the house as shown in the photos. Just googling it looks like dual lpg gas regulator kits are in the range of $100 to $150, and it looks like it would take an hour and a bit to do the job. The only appliance that uses the gas is an Emilia dual fuel cooker (electric oven, gas cooktop) that specifies a lpg supply pressure of 2.75kPa (0.4psi or 27.5mbar)

One of our Viali 2w rangehood LEDs has failed. We were astonished that we could not simply screw-out and replace ourselves. It appears to be wired-in!? The Viali model is: VSLRC60GG. The part number MAY be: 2624624 which we saw online. However, if this job is of interest, it would need to be SUPPLY and fit because we were far from sure that the part shown WAS correct. We are unsure of "budget' (cost) so we have entered a nominal $6 on the next page.
