My gas oven is not working which needs replacement. Toilet pan are old and fixing to the floor has become loose and shakes when you give it a push. The P trap connector at its back leaks sewage drops everytime you fliush. I consider replacing both toilets in the home. I have bought a replacement oven and 2 toilet suites (P trap).. Property in Noble Park.. Job needs to be done within a week or so at your convenience

I have an oven without a stove top which needs connecting. It's right next to an outlet (within 30cm) but has a hardwire cable coming from the oven.
