Swap out old oven for new (2nd hand) oven. New oven has been on bottle gas but will be connected now to town gas. Burner jets have been swapped in and just need the oven properly connected to the town gas line.

A rat snuck from under the cupboard gaps and lodged itself somewhere near the wall mounted oven. The smell is getting horrendous hence looking for service to have it removed, sanitized and odour neutralised.

I need my oven and dishwasher to be checked. The oven does not regulate temperature. The dishwasher does not heat up the water. I need both of them to be checked and identify whether they need part replacement or the whole unit needs to be replaced and get a quote.
