My Westinghouse electric oven door is not sealing due to the left side door mechanism not connecting. The model number is POF 688S#04. I have removed the door and I think that the inner plate (?) has lost the screw that anchors the door mechanism. Do you have a call out fee and how much is it? Michael.

Oven is de longhi PMFPS60B (F6EP) The shaft behind the temperature control has snapped and the part needs replacing. After this happened I could still use it on fan forced but only at 180 degrees.
