Relocate the oven/cooktop connection from where it currently comes out of the wall (small red box, photo 1) to the wall under the window (big red box, photo 2). 2. Add one new double power point in the small red box area, at bench height. Must be a licensed electrician, and you'll need to provide the Certificate of Testing and Safety on completion. A rat snuck from under the cupboard gaps and lodged itself somewhere near the wall mounted oven. The smell is getting horrendous hence looking for service to have it removed, sanitized and odour neutralised.

Replace loose hinges on electric oven. We have purchased genuine part new hinges from overseas just need help with installation.

We need a certified electrician to come at Spire Residences, 550 Queen St, Brisbane City to check the exhaust fan from the oven (currently not working) and see if it can be fixed or if it needs replacement.

I need my oven and dishwasher to be checked. The oven does not regulate temperature. The dishwasher does not heat up the water. I need both of them to be checked and identify whether they need part replacement or the whole unit needs to be replaced and get a quote.

I need to replace the glass door of the oven, Westinghouse 650. Not sure it’s worth, or better replace the hole oven.

The oven door won’t close properly. It looks like the left hand hinge is damaged.

Fix oven door glass and add oven seal

Connect new Technika freestanding oven cooktop to existing gas already stubbed from wall. Gas connection on oven is 1/2” female. New regulator is 1/2” bspt female inlet and outlet (oven came with only one bspt nipple). Will need at least a 1.2 meter braided gas line. Holes are already cut from previous oven.
