Both garage and remote gate with different remote controls does not work at the same time. Checked the safety switch and it’s both on. Need a technician to go on site to check the issue. Most likely it’s re-programming the remote controls ?

I am looking to modifty my kitchen cabinetary to make room for a dishwasher drawer. The dishwasher will have the following dimensions H:410mm W:599mm D:573mm As you can see from the photos I also have a washing machine in the kitchen so the obvious cavity is not available. i have shaded the area I am suggesting to add the dishwasher however I am open to feedback if another spot is more ideal. There’s a strong gas smell inside the unit, specially in the garage area. Also gas stove not working. Australian Gas Network sent a technician to inspect and found no gas leak in the natural gas connection outside the unit. Advised to get a plumber to detect any internal gas leak. Gas connection has been isolated by them for safety. Need someone to identify where the gas smell is coming from and fix the issue. Also make sure the stove is working

Looking for a plumber/gas fitter to replace my gas regulator with one provided. You will need to supply required fittings/adaptors to get it to work.

I would like assistance to remove the cabinet draw beneath the washing machine. Will require assistance to lift the washing machine out, unscrew the cabinet draw and remove the kick board + base and slide the washing machine back into the slot. Essentially we want the front loader on the ground. Hope that makes sense.

The engine won’t turn over. Not electrical issue (battery and spark plug replaced) Most probably adjusting valves which I tried doing but probably not doing it properly. Need diagnostic and fixing, was working fine before so can’t be a major issue as it was serviced etc few months back.

I have a sungrow SG8 inverter. It has a control panel flashing red light. It has error code 010. Restarting has no impacts.isolatong/desolating has no impacts. Smart meter has flashing red light (status =ok) and flashing comes light (status =ok). Solar inverter is measuring smart meter voltage and panels voltages (2 arrays). In MSB look like a large fuse has blown (discoloured blackened). Need electrician whom has worked on solar systems to investigate and repair. Quite flexible on time. Available 6am to 2:30pm daily. Sooner the better, obviously. We have two switchboards, a MSB and a DSB.
