When programed and started, the inverter microwave (Panasonic NN-SF564W) reverts to Cool mode (displays COOL), but does not start and complete the Cool process. Previously, the door had to be slammed shut for the Cool process to start and complete, before the actual program is initiated. Now, slamming the door shut is ineffective as well.
