Our dishwasher door needs to be repaired. We are not sure what the problem is or the extent of the damage but the metal on the top of the door is currently loose and being held together by tape. The door itself does not seem to close 100% everytime. The dishwasher is working fine and we use it all the time so we need it replaced.

Hi! I have a Simpson front loader, model SWF14843. The door is currently open, but stays locked after the drain cycle finishes. I was able to manually unlock it by manipulating the locking mechanism from underneath (thanks, YouTube!). It would be great if someone could please fix it tomorrow afternoon, Friday, or Saturday. Thank you!
