The gas pipe for the hot water has a problem and no hot water comes

We have an integrated dishwasher in an approximately 8-year-old apartment kitchen. The dishwasher recently developed a leak and we had a dishwasher repair technician attend and fix it. The leak is now resolved, but after the repair the dishwasher was not secured back into the cabinetry properly. The repair technician was not able to resolve this. The dishwasher can now move/wobble backwards and forwards within the cabinet cavity. Because it is moving, the top of the dishwasher falls slightly backwards into the cavity and the door cannot latch properly. At the moment we cannot reliably close or latch the dishwasher door at all. We are looking for someone to securely fix/mount it back to the surrounding cabinetry so it cannot move, supply/install any suitable brackets, screws or fixings if required, make sure the dishwasher door lines up and opens/closes/latches easily and reliably The dishwasher itself is working and the leak has already been repaired. No plumbing or electrical work should be required — this task is specifically about physically securing the dishwasher correctly in its cabinet space. Would love to have this completed ASAP.

Help fixing one burner on my gas stove that’s not staying lit. It sparks and gas releases but doesn’t stay lit. I’ve cleaned everywhere so I guess it’s a thermocouple issue. All other burners are fine.

My Samsung 8.5kg front-load washing machine is not draining. Model: Samsung WW85T504DAE/SA The machine shows “Check drainage / Clean drain filter.” I have already completed troubleshooting with Samsung Support: Drain filter has been removed and checked — it is completely clear. Pump impeller can rotate and does not appear to be stuck. External drain hose is not kinked. I disconnected the drain hose from the household drain and placed it directly into the laundry sink, then ran Drain & Spin. No water came out. A large amount of water remained inside the machine and had to be manually drained through the emergency drain hose. Samsung Support has advised that the washing machine now needs to be inspected by a repair technician. I am looking for someone experienced in washing machine/appliance repairs, preferably Samsung, to diagnose the problem and repair it if the cost is reasonable. Dishwasher not injecting water.

We have an Everdure 4-burner gas cooktop in our townhouse and the gas pressure/flame from the burners is currently very weak. The cooktop still lights and operates, but the flame output is much lower than it should be and cooking takes considerably longer. We own the townhouse and have access to the property's gas meter/regulator. Photos of the cooktop and gas meter are attached. Looking for a licensed gas fitter to: - Diagnose the cause of the low gas pressure/flame. - Check the gas pressure at the cooktop. - Check the cooktop/burners, jets and appliance regulator if applicable. - Check whether there is an issue with the gas supply, regulator or line feeding the cooktop. - Rectify the problem if it is a straightforward service/adjustment/repair. - Let us know if any additional parts or larger repairs are required before proceeding. The small emergency drain hose next to the pump filter has accidentally slipped completely inside the service compartment while I was trying to clean the drain filter. I need someone experienced with washing machines/appliance repairs to retrieve the hose and secure it correctly back in its holder. Machine was working normally before this; no other repair required.
