I need an experienced irrigation technician to inspect and repair a Hunter Hydrawise (Pro-HC Wi-Fi) system at my home. The controller is working and I can run zones manually, but the front garden drip line isn’t performing properly — only a small trickle comes out in a few spots along a long line. I can’t locate where the line starts, and I suspect a leak, blockage, or pressure issue. The system uses above-ground dripline (brown tubing) laid under mulch, not pop-up sprinklers. I’d like someone who can: • Find the start and layout of the drip line • Diagnose any leaks, blockages, or pressure problems • Repair or replace tubing and fittings as needed • Check all zones for proper operation Please bring your own irrigation tools and fittings (joiners, barbs, connectors, etc.).

I need someone to come and take a look at/service my dishwasher it is an AEG approx 5 years old

I have a 10 yo Heat & Glo gas fireplace. When I start it the unit ignites normally and might burn for a few minutes but then, for no apparent reason, the flame is extinguished. The piezo then attempts to restart, which usually works, and then the unit might again burn for sometime but then it goes out again. That cycle can repeat a dozen times until eventually the unit fails to start at all and it turns off with an error code. There is possibly a faulty sensor in the unit somewhere? (guess) Whoever tends to the issue will need to be a qualified gas fitter.

My partner and I got a new breville coffee machine, we have attempted to set it up but the pour keeps changing and is inconsistent, even when we don’t alter it between pours. We think the machine may have been setup incorrectly at some point and we’re needing an expert :)

The oven is old and basic but the tenant doesn't think she can do the bulb replacement - I don't know the bulb type and may/may not be able to get the oven brand and name from the agent to look it up.

Westinghouse Dishwasher installed in January not draining properly. Water is collecting in the sump, causing a smell.

The piece that holds the screw in place which in turn holds the dryer door in place is gone. The space is too small to put a nut on the back of the screw. The dryer works fine though. Photo is similar to my problem but no nuts/washers to hold the screws in place.

I need a handy person to swap out my current dryer for a new one (not wall mounted - just stacked on my washer). The new dryer is a heat pump one. The removed dryer then needs to be taken to a second apartment (5min drive) and wall mounted - happy to pay for or provide the brakets.
