The issue is strictly with the spark/igniter electrode (likely heat damage or carbon buildup from the charcoal). I am looking to Remove Gas cook top so I can install new stone bench top. And Install New gas cook top same day (once the stone work is done or come back later. Also remove and install 60cm slide out Rangehood. This can be done while removing the gas cook top. Plz note you can remove and install new Rangehood and also remove gas cooktop at same time but you will have to come back in the evening to install new gas cooktop once stone is installed. This has to be done strictly around 7/8am in the morning on Wednesday. Or late evening on Tuesday.
