I need help to disconect then install and remove a gas natural oven stove

Hi, Our house needs to remove our old gas oven and install a new electric. Our cooktop is gas, however the bottom will be swapped to electric. We will need a compliance certificate for the completed works. Photos attached below. We will have a electrician who can wire the new oven. We just need the plumber for the gas works. Thanks
