Electrolux fridge freezer, 10 years old freezer unit is top, icy crystals inside around freezer inside door and the freezer wall feels wet, I’ve turned off for 24 hours and cleaned gaskets ( they look fine) smeared Vaseline around the gasket, it’s improved but not fixed.

Probably the best experience I’ve had using this service, amazing and knowledgeable technician
