A customer has a cold plunge/chest freezer unit that is not operating when plugged directly into the wall. The compressor is not cycling on. The unit should automatically turn on and start to cool down when plugged directly into the wall. This has been troubleshooted with the customer. Looking for someone who has some experience repairing industrial chest freezers to have a look at this to determine whether this can be fixed.

Its a big meat display freezer. Only one section of the freezer is not getting as cold as its supposed to be. And the other section is getting tok cold as in the meat is freezing up. I dont know the brand of the fridge and its fixed to the premise. One guy checked and said its low on gas.

Recently bought the fridge on marketplace, freezer isn’t cold enough and fridge isn’t cold enough. All the lights work, and it’s on the coldest setting. Not sure what’s wrong with it or how to work it.
