Following an AC repair, a hole was cut in the ceiling and there is visible mold near the AC vent that requires attention. We would like to arrange for any necessary repair and treatment work. The plasterboard around the vent cover appears to be disintegrated, fragile and may required handling carefully. I’ve attached some photos for your reference.
