Replace a faulty cooktop with a new induction cooktop

We have bought a secondhand oven and just need a hand to pull out and replace the old oven. Standard 60cm oven. Pretty flexible on times. No need to take away old oven, just to pull out and install the new (pictured)

Looking for an experienced kitchen benchtop specialist (carpenter, laminate installer, or benchtop repair pro) to assess and fix the countertop around my induction cooktop. The issue: • Benchtop has staining/scorch marks and wear near the cooktop • Not sure of the best fix — open to options: 1. Re-laminate the existing benchtop (cheaper, faster) 2. Replace the benchtop section entirely with new laminate (e.g. Kaboodle-style almond/stone-look laminate) 3. Install brand new chef 60cm pull out rangehood with ducting to suit which I have. Happy for other ducting to be provided if the uniduct isn’t a good enough product. It’s on a brick external wall or can be ducted via pitched tiled roof. PowerPoint in cupboard ready. No idea of price so please make an offer.

Washing machine is no longer spinning or draining

I recently had a new stove installed currently it has metal/silver trim kit installed. I need a new powder coat black trim installed that is a perfect look/aesthetically clean.

600m rangehood requires re-install after room has been painted. Power and ducting all existing. Will be able to assist by holding if required. Must be completed before 2pm Tuesday

Need Licensed Plumber – Decommission Gas Line. Looking for a licensed plumber to safely turn off and cap an existing residential gas line. The gas supply is no longer required as the appliance has been removed. Need the job completed ASAP. Please bring any fittings required and provide a gas compliance certificate if applicable. Flexible with timing and happy to meet on site at short notice.

Clothes dryer air vent is blocked. Need someone to replace existing air duct which has a small tear with a replacement and install to exterior air vent. Westinghouse have confined the clothes dryer is not broken and a quick handy man fix will have it working properly again. If you could help today that’d be great. But flexible for the right person to assist, thank you 😃

Push mower won’t start- no power at all

I need a qualified technician to replace a burnt digital controller on my Atosa display fridge (Model WTF120L). The Job: Supply and install a new Dixell XR02CX controller (230V Australian model). The existing unit has melted terminals (see attached photo), so you'll need to strip back the burnt wires and crimp new connectors. Must test the compressor for shorts/grounding before installing the new unit to ensure it’s safe. Requirements: Please provide a quote that includes the cost of the part. Must have experience with commercial refrigeration and electrical safety. Located in Everton Park. Looking to get this sorted ASAP."

New kitchen needing 60cm chef slide out rangehood installed with ducting. Electrical PowerPoint is in the cupboard already. The rangehood is on an external wall where the ducting will go out. Brick veneer single level home.

Cooker was working fine. Has stopped heading up. Need someone that knows what they’re doing to have a look and to change parts if required. Happy to pay for parts.

I’m replacing a gas cooktop/stove with an electric unit and need a QLD-licensed gas fitter to decommission the existing gas supply line. Location/access: • Gas copper pipe currently runs under the cooktop behind cabinetry • Remaining line is easily accessible What I want done: • Isolate the gas supply safely • Remove the copper line back to the source point (i.e., no unnecessary copper left in the house) • Cap/plug the gas line at the source in a compliant manner • Leave the area tidy and safe

Lemond Sport exercise bike Making a scraping/friction sound when pedaling. Suspect a worn ball or other part inside the pedal hub / joint(?) (I don’t know the right words for things obviously!) We haven’t been able to fix with regular tools so looking for someone experienced with gym equipment and can replace parts if needed.
