The defect noted on the certificate is: "Earth stake & weep holes in exclusion zone". Scope of work: Relocate/extend the gas regulator vent line or pipework to ensure it is clear of the electrical earth stake and building weep holes (per AS/NZS 5601.1 standards). Perform a pressure/leak test upon completion. Issue a formal Certificate of Compliance and a Leak Test Certificate as required by Jemena. Please refer to the attached photo of the Jemena Non-Compliance notice for exact details. Must be fully licensed and insured in NSW. Please provide your license number when offering.
