I thinks there's a problem with the drain pump of my washing machine

I need my washing machine fixed I think there's a problem with the drain pump because the water is not draining

My Bosch series 8 washer is 6 years old and yesterday started leaking during the draining cycle. I had checked the drain filter and nothing stuck. Need it repaired asap as have young children which requires washer regularly.

Miele dishwasher, about 12 years old. It shows an F70 error. The drain pump keeps running continuously. Even when I press the OFF button the screen goes black, but the pump continues running and only stops when I unplug the power cord. The float switch has been checked and disconnected, but the pump still runs. It seems like the relay on the control board may be stuck.

I would like assistance to remove the cabinet draw beneath the washing machine. Will require assistance to lift the washing machine out, unscrew the cabinet draw and remove the kick board + base and slide the washing machine back into the slot.
