I need to replace 3 ceiling fans and a freestanding cooker. Also the existing fans, cooker and rubbish will need to be removed from the premises. I have already purchased the fans and cooker and they are onsite

Need an electric oven, gas cooktop and slide out range hood installed (and removal of old units).

My gas cooktop have those clicking sounds which it won't stop

I want my existing induction cook top to be removed and replaced by a gas cook top. Cook top will be provided. all fittings and connection charges needs to be confirmed.

Remove old toilet & replace with new one supplied by me AND install brand new gas cooktop to replace current induction cooktop. Apologies for the mixed up photos,I had problems adding them to the task... Toilet replacement details: Toilet in place to be removed and disposed of. The set back of current loo is 215mm, the new loo is one that fits 140-300mm. See photos for current + new toilets. Old loo has started leaking (after turning the water off to stop it running, when it was turned back on it started leaking), hence the towels on the floor. Photo of new loo is one we have bought. Gas cooktop installation: Current induction cooktop will be removed. We will ensure the cavity will fit the new gas cooktop. We don't currently have any gas appliances inside, so will need a gas line from the new cooktop, along the back of one kitchen cupboard and through one brick veneer wall, out to where we will connect a gas bottle. Gas compliance certificate to be provided pls. I have included photos of the current electrical setup for the existing cooktop. Plus I have included a sketch of where the gas line may need to go (solid blue line), with rough measurements. NB: the cooktop has its own isolated electrical safety switch.

I need an old gas cooktop uninstalled and new cooktop installed. Cooktop is already at the home.

Requiring an electric ceramic cooktop removed and replaced with another. No electrical faults. Not induction.
