Breville coffee machine keeps showing it needs descaling. Called breville who says it’s an electrical problem. Can anyone help?

The coffee beans are ground but the resulting powder leaking. The machine is old model but we didn't use it often before. We used it 2-3 times per year previously. Not sure what's happening.

I have a coffee machine which need a service.

My breville espresso pro machine has a water pressure issue. The machine is 5 years old and otherwise in good condition. Hot water will dispense through the machine when the group head is empty, but as soon as there’s espresso grinds in there the pressure dial goes to maximum and nothing dispenses. I’ve cleaned the filter and grouphead thoroughly and done multiple descales- looking for someone to open it up and identify/ repair the issue.

Hello Michael, Our Nespresso Lattissima capsule coffee machine is only squirting out a small amount of milk. I have tried all of the manufacturers advice (soaking, cleaning, descaling), however it hasn't made a difference. Cheers, Sandra
