The coffee machine turns on normally and is being used with the auxiliary water tank. The steam wand, the cleaning function, and the hot water outlet are all working properly. However, no water comes out through the coffee group heads, so the machine is unable to make coffee.

The coffee machine isn't able to pull espresso shots when there is coffee in the puck (the pressure gauge maxes out and only a few drips of coffee get through). Water can still flow through when there is nothing in it.

Vintage Rancilio Silvia requires work. Not pouring coffee, but milk wand very strong and working great. Pump seems fine. Not sure what the issue is.

There seems to be a blockage as I am only getting water coming out of machine, no longer milk coming out.

I have a coffee machine (DeLonghi Prima Donna Soul) that has stopped working - it still turns on and “makes coffee” but whatever comes out is pretty much straight dirty water, not a shot of espresso like it used to do. I have tried the best I can to diagnose the issue but was unsuccessful. I’d love to get some help with fixing the machine. I am free any weeknight after 6pm, alternatively any time on all weekends!

When i press the button to get the coffee poured, it makes a buzzing noise as usual but then immediately stops after 1-2 seconds.
