We are a cafe in Fitzroy using a Synesso coffee machine. We are experiencing issues with leaks underneath the machine and the pressure is low. The pressure when pulling a shot is 5 but should be 9. Hoping to get it serviced this afternoon!

Our breville coffee machine is having issues, I think to do with pressure gauge. Water runs through the machine but not through the coffee shot. The water tablet also won’t dissolve when we try to service it. I think it needs an overall service + fixing this issue. If you’re a coffee machine expert please reach out!
