I need to install a new ceiling fan and figure out what’s wrong with three others- they either go super fast or dead slow… or also have two sensor lights that don’t work but they turn on when I turn on and off at the switch … I also have a telephone cable that has come down off the house- still attached for the road and working- but is laying over trees- so someone with a tall ladder would be great!

Replacing cook top and exhaust in the kitchen. Already bought the new one

I need a washing machine and dryer moved from the ground floor of my unit in North Lakes to the upstairs laundry and positioned for installation. The appliances were delivered by The Good Guys contractors, but they were unable to take them upstairs as they did not attempt to lift them, stating it was too difficult. Access is through an internal staircase, which turns right at a 90-degree angle. I require someone with experience moving heavy white-goods safely up stairs, with the correct lifting technique and equipment. Please quote reasonably. Will require installation for washing machine (should not take too long). Additional Notes: Both appliances are brand new. No existing appliances upstairs to remove. Please advise if you require a second person or can supply your own team.

Our clothes dryer stopped working, so we have purchased a new one the same size. We don’t need it wall-mounted as it used to just sit on top of the washing machine. We need the air vent to be re-installed. Hopefully it’s super easy, but we’re unsure how to? If you can please help we’d be so grateful. Vent goes from the back of clothes dryer through pantry cabinet out exterior wall. There is an existing exterior vent. Just needs re-fitting. For the right person, could be a 5 minute job

Recently had a battery installed but it's ac coupled, should be easy to switch the inverter to DC coupled only, just need to move existing. Happy if simpler to reuse existing conduit and pull through. Relocation is minimal, meter box right next to unit. Disconnect and decom old inverter as no longer required, you can potentially keep.

I have recently installed a tub on a 2021 model hilux SR5. The cable system that normally pops the fuel flap is non existent but I will install this later. I just need to install a temporary locking mechanism in the flap for now that is somewhat tidy to keep it closed. Happy to drill a hole into the flap for a lock and I can get a new flap later

We have an LG 9kg/5kg front-loader washer-dryer combo (Direct Drive) that still completes wash cycles, but has an intermittent fast vibrating noise. It seems to happen when the pump or another internal component kicks in. Noise is not constant, it comes and goes during the wash cycle. It is not the sound of an uneven load. The machine is sitting level on a concrete floor, and does not rock around. The front filter has been cleaned so it doesn’t appear to be that. According to LG support it’s not the Direct Drive motor (the only part under the 10-year warranty). Looking for someone who can repair on site. Would prefer somebody experienced with LG front loaders.

My garage smells so bad, i think came from the ceiling, please check a rodent. The task requires, climbing the ladder to check the ceiling from inside the garage, checking with a flashlight for the source of smell and removing the rodent causing it.
