Previous plumber replaced twice Washing machine cable, still leaking. Washing machine is ok. Leak coming from cable only. (one cable only other one is fine) Can u pls advise best way to have this permanently fixed and cost? I already had a plumber twice here and problem is still here. Hose has been already changed. Could it be the spindle?

Existing bracket is still mounted to the fence so you may be able to reuse it otherwise you can use the new bracket that came with the new fence mounted clothes line. It’s the exact same brand and should be the same model too. Need someone to attach it. Please also check the integrity of if the existing bracket because if it is damaged then it will need to be changed too. Pictures attached of mount location, existing bracket, and the clothes line.
