My LG washer is leaking water badly. The metal ring has come out of the seal and needs to be put back in or replaced and the new one put back in place.

ASKO dishwasher showing F10 error. Checked the drainage and clear, no water pooling either. Not sure? Can someone check and repair and or diagnose.

New tenant has moved in and the oven is not working and only one hotplate is working. The stove was moved during the end-of-lease clean, so it may be something simple/disconnected. Ideally looking for someone who can diagnose and repair it during the same visit if possible. Budget is for call-out/initial repair. I have a Bosch Series 8 (Model WAW28420AU) washing machine that’s getting stuck partway through the wash cycle. It keeps washing continuously but won’t drain or spin. I was wondering if resetting or reprogramming the machine might fix the issue, but I’m not sure.

Bosch series 8 machine the door rubber cap has a cut that is leaking water. Also the back pipe is leaking water, the pipe is fine,its the white cap that seems to be leaking.

I have a Baumatic GEH6018 slideout rangehood. The white front fascia panel drops down and won’t stay up. Both mounting points look corroded and damaged. One side appears to be missing parts entirely – possibly a plastic cap, grommet or screw. I’ve taken plenty of photos and can share them. I just need someone who knows what they’re looking at to identify exactly what’s missing, source the part if needed, and fix it. Property is selling 9 June so needs to be done before then.
