This is an electric retractable awning. The electric motor and cloth is fine but a drive belt on one side has broken. Needs a handy man to get on roof, take a look,source and fit a new belt.

Our Avanti treadmill can be switched on but nothing appears on the display.

Moved into new apartment and tried connecting the washing machine but having an issue with dripping from the hot water inlet at the machine. (Washing machine itself is still running fine). Have tried reconnecting and also bought new washers for this. Need someone to please resolve the dripping and connect the washing machine.
