I have a Samsung fridge (SRS600HNP) with the side by side freezer and fridge. My fridge started to make a loud fan notice. When I open the door, the noise stops and I can hear the fan stopping. Now, the noise is gone but the fridge is no longer cold. It’s only cool, not cold.

There is a loud sound coming from my fridge. Everytime I open the fridge door, the sound stops and I can hear the sound of a fan stopping. But when I close the fridge door, the sound will start up again after about 5 seconds. I suspect the sound is coming from a faulty fan in the fridge. This sound only started yesterday. It was never there before.
