Dishwasher has shown error code FE and stops working correctly. Water is also pooling in the base and another code AE is displayed. When this happened the first time I took the dishwasher out, partially disassembled and tried to clean the airlock and float system following various online videos. It seemed to be resolved, but is now producing the same problem. I need someone with genuine experience to repair the dishwasher. Just this week it seems our fridge has stopped cooling. Light is on and sometimes we can hear the fan. But nothing is cold and everything is going off. Freezer seems fine. Perhaps we need someone to look into the fan? the thermostat? It's a FB Marketplace purchase less than a month ago. Hisense 500+ ltr bottom mounted.

The oven is not working properly and the fan is making a grating noise > We need to fix the oven. The lights in the central bathroom and toilet is flickers constantly > We need to fix or replace the lights. The downstairs bathroom have no exhaust fan for ventilation but it can be easily installed on the back of the bathroom (vertically on the wall), see photo. > We need to install one. You please get a reasonable one and quote here. The upstairs toilet is leaking from the back where the ceramic meets the exit pipe, see photo. > We need to fix this issue and prevent replacing it as it seems it is fixable.
