To troubleshoot, start with a simple reset by unplugging the unit for five minutes. If that doesn't work, you will need to inspect the diverter valve for blockages, clean the filters, check the drain hose for obstructions, and, if necessary, test the drain pump and control board.

Temperature control knob has fallen out and can't be put back for it to work (see pics). Used to be a spring loaded knob that could be pushed in and would pop out. Please bring your own tools. I don't know if you need any parts. I'll be home on Wednesday 3rd Dec.

We have previously had issues with our ducted aircon causing leaks from the ceiling and it appears to be happening again. Last time there was a blockage in a drainage pipe which led to a build up of condensation that was seeping through the ceiling. Hoping someone can come this afternoon because it’s in our daughter’s room.
