My Haier top-loader (HWMP65-918, 6.5 kg) has stopped draining and spinning. Clothes come out soaking wet and the machine makes no sound when it should drain or spin. No error code on the display. I've already cleared the lint filter, drain hose and pump outlet, so there are no blockages. It's probably the drain pump (part number H0034000110D), but it could be the lid switch or control board. Looking for someone to work out what's wrong and replace whatever needs it. Happy to buy the part myself or have you supply it, just let me know in your quote. Washing Machine Repair – Esatto EFLW500 I need someone to diagnose and repair my Esatto EFLW500 front-loading washing machine. The machine stopped mid-cycle with an error code and continuous beeping, and the door wouldn’t open. Clothes Dryer Repair – Drum Not Turning When Fully Assembled I have a Westinghouse Easy Care 4.5kg clothes dryer that needs a small repair. The original fault was a faulty capacitor. My boyfriend has already replaced the capacitor, so the dryer does not need a new belt or capacitor. The issue we’re now having is that after reassembling the dryer, the drum will spin when the back panel is loose, but it won’t spin when the back of the dryer is fully tightened/assembled. We think it may be something simple with the assembly, alignment or something putting pressure on the drum/motor, but we don’t want to keep adjusting it ourselves in case we damage something. I’m looking for someone experienced with dryer repairs who can: • Diagnose why the drum stops spinning when the dryer is fully assembled • Correct the issue/assembly • Make sure everything is properly fitted and secure • Test the dryer afterwards to ensure it is working correctly The dryer powers on and the capacitor has already been replaced. I have an LG toploader washing machine and it currently won’t run a full cycle. It fills with water then an error code either ‘IE’ or ‘LE’ I can’t tell shows and it stops. The washing machine does spin if I put on a spin only. It just doesn’t seem to be washing the clothes.
