The Ghd straightener would not turn on.

I need someone to inspect and repair my front-load washing machine. The inner drum makes a loud clicking/knocking noise when the machine is running, and I can also hear the noise when I manually rotate the drum by hand. The drum also seems to make the sound when moved slightly from side to side. I’m not sure if it’s something stuck inside the drum or a mechanical issue, so I need someone experienced with washing machine repairs to diagnose and fix it.
