Washing mavhone leaking water near the opening and deopping down into the machine and needs to be fixed

The door will not shut therefore the machine won’t work. The door latch doesn’t appear to be broken. Nothing seems to be rattling. I can close it manually but can’t re-open.

Washing Machine is leaking from below. It used to shake a lot when spinning and now water is leaking from beneath when spinning.

I have a Bosch Series 8 (Model WAW28420AU) washing machine that’s getting stuck partway through the wash cycle. It keeps washing continuously but won’t drain or spin. I was wondering if resetting or reprogramming the machine might fix the issue, but I’m not sure.
