I have a Kogan upright freezer that has stopped working and needs urgent repair. About a month ago, ice built up inside and prevented the door from closing properly. I turned the freezer off, fully defrosted it, and removed all the ice before turning it back on and returning the food. Since then, it has been working intermittently (turning on and off unpredictably). I’ve been adjusting the thermostat frequently to get it running again, and sometimes it would start working after changing the setting. Today, it has stopped working completely and no longer starts at all. Looking for someone experienced in freezer/appliance repairs who can diagnose and fix the issue as soon as possible.
