Caught by wind. Appears to be disconnected from rewind track. Can now only wind by turning manually.

my treadmill requires a motor and controller fitted i have these parts ready to go.

I did a clean for a client in goodwood. The house is old, built in 1908. I removed the exhaust fan on top of the cupboards in the kitchen and soaked the fan in water to make it easier to clean for next visit. However did not realise the motor was attached to the blade and has since stopped working. I have attached photos, the homeowners son said there is no visible serial number on the motor/fan. We are unsure where to go from here however I would like to either fix it or replace it entirely.

Sand trapped in the belt cavity of my treadmill. Needs help wheeling outside the house, take belt off, clean out sand and p it belt back on. Needs someone who can replace a treadmill belt properly.
