We got an error message on the machine - I’ll post a photo of it. It appears that the error message means the following: IE” stands for “Water Inlet Error” – your washing machine is not filling with water properly. Common Causes & Fixes: 1. Water taps are off • Make sure both the hot and cold water taps connected to the machine are fully turned on. 2. Inlet hose is kinked or bent • Check that the hose at the back of the machine is not twisted, kinked, or squashed. 3. Water inlet filter is clogged • There are small filters at the end of the inlet hose (where it connects to the machine) that can get clogged with dirt or debris. 4. Low water pressure • If your home has weak water pressure, the washer might not detect enough water flow. 5. Faulty inlet valve • If everything above checks out but the problem persists, the inlet valve inside the machine might be malfunctioning and may need service.
