Bottom right hot stove plate is not working properly. This stove is less than 10 years old. When turning the heating dial (either low or high) this bottom right hot plate only heats up to high. Put differently, if I want to turn it down to low heat, it remains on high heat (and therefore I am unable to simmer food for hours on low heat). The plate itself is not damaged, perhaps one or more heating elements need fixing or replacing. We have a Bosch Serie 4 front loader machine that wont drain. I believe something might be blocking the FILTER PLUG CAP for DRAIN PUMP. I've tried to remove the plug, but its so hard to take out and im afraid i might break it without having a spare to plug in. Having said that, it could be something else at play. Our Bosch Serie - 8 washing machine stopped working this arvo. It seems to work okay until it gets up to the spin cycle where an E appears for error and it beeps madly, doesn't sound healthy and then stops.

Hi there, I need some help to fix one of my Ceiling Fan. The electrical/mechanical part of it works perfectly fine, I just need one of the wood blade to be replaced by a new one (See pictures).
