Looking for a qualified technician/electrician to help with a faulty 90cm built-in electric oven in Upper Mount Gravatt. The oven turns on normally, but after running for a few minutes it trips the power. A wiring/electrical fault is suspected. It has previously been inspected and I was advised that it may not be economical to repair and that replacement may be the better option. I’m looking for a cost-effective solution — happy to repair it if the fault can be fixed economically, otherwise open to replacing the oven. If repair is possible, please advise the likely cost based on the above symptoms. Washing machine is not draining water after a load has been completed. We believe the drainage outlet pipe is clogged as this is a tenanted property and will require this to be checked.

Samsung WW85T504DAE washing machine shows “Check drainage / Clean drain filter” during a normal wash. I have cleaned the drain filter and checked the drain hose. Drain/Spin completes normally. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the drainage issue. Please advise before replacing any parts.

My Samsung 8.5kg front-load washing machine is not draining. Model: Samsung WW85T504DAE/SA The machine shows “Check drainage / Clean drain filter.” I have already completed troubleshooting with Samsung Support: Drain filter has been removed and checked — it is completely clear. Pump impeller can rotate and does not appear to be stuck. External drain hose is not kinked. I disconnected the drain hose from the household drain and placed it directly into the laundry sink, then ran Drain & Spin. No water came out. A large amount of water remained inside the machine and had to be manually drained through the emergency drain hose. Samsung Support has advised that the washing machine now needs to be inspected by a repair technician. I am looking for someone experienced in washing machine/appliance repairs, preferably Samsung, to diagnose the problem and repair it if the cost is reasonable. Dishwasher not injecting water.

The small emergency drain hose next to the pump filter has accidentally slipped completely inside the service compartment while I was trying to clean the drain filter. I need someone experienced with washing machines/appliance repairs to retrieve the hose and secure it correctly back in its holder. Machine was working normally before this; no other repair required. Our washing machine seems to be leaking from the door during the wash cycle (ie after the drum is full and it begins spinning). The leak comes from the bottom lip of the front door. Potentially a broken seal, although it doesn’t immediately appear damaged.
