Maybe a hydrolic motor issue. There is a low level grinding sound on raising and lowering and gets louder whith each rise and fall through the day.

Ride on x2 lawn mower repairs. Rover rancher 547/38 (done under 20hrs)- cutting belt just broke by itself (need new one installed), oil change and ? Blade sharpening. John deere Lt150 - refusing to start - new spark plug and fuel filter installed. When it was starting it would turn off when pto belt engaged.

I have a clean made washing machine that is leaking from the front and continues to fill up from the water inlet. I also have a Bosch series 8 that is leaking on the left-hand side looking at the machine. Both machines have easy access. Prefer retired Plumber or someone that has worked with washing machine machines and appliances before.
