Fix new Electrolux Washing Machine displaying E11 message.

-Washing machine does not drain -drain panel cant be open, so hard to open

Problem: Bosch Series 8 front-load washing machine is not draining properly. (showing E18) The drain hose is not blocked. When manually turning the drain pump impeller (small fan inside the pump) with an object, the machine drains successfully — so the issue is likely with the drain pump / drain pump motor. I need someone to fix my fridge. It is attached in the photos. The temperature for both fridge and freezer are stuck on about 15 degrees. Clearly a motor issue. Thanks

Hi! I have a Simpson front loader, model SWF14843. The door is currently open, but stays locked after the drain cycle finishes. I was able to manually unlock it by manipulating the locking mechanism from underneath (thanks, YouTube!). It would be great if someone could please fix it tomorrow afternoon, Friday, or Saturday.
