Hi. The sliding motor is not working. It always had some installation issue as the gate will rub against it when sliding and hence stop and retreat. Need a new one installed. I can source the motor separately or if you have a preference you can let me know

Rangehood needs to be drilled in - note drill holes on rangehood and distance. Cabinet filler and framing required. Must have own tools and equipment. Rangehood provided and electrical plug already connected. Rangehood fits in space but with small gap between rangehood and cupboard.

Hi, Our washer and dryer does not fit in the cavity provided. So we need someone to: - buy the relevant extension equipment (ie hose and cord) - buy a mat for the floor of the laundry which we can stack the washing machine + dryer - install the washing machine and dryer and connect to the plumbing.
