Tried to clean the filter and didn’t help

We’ve just moved out of a rental and didn’t notice one of the light bulbs in the kitchen rangehood needs changing. Agent happy to give you access.

The error code says a leak and machine wont start. On searching this seems this is a common problem which can be solved by tipping the machine forward (it is self standing) and remove the water. This worked a couple of times but now it doesnt. Clearly we need to find the leak, but it must be minor.

Reverse fridge doors (both main door and freezer door). I.e. swap the door around so it opens from the other side.

Our fridge is working, however we suspect the cooling fan has broken down. The fridge section has stopped cooling however the freezer is still running fine. Would appreciate a quote for the repair and a repair!

I have an automated sprinkler system installed in my small courtyard garden but the battery-operated Toro irrigation controller unit (DDCWP-2) is unreliable and keeps losing its settings or becomes unprogrammable after a few weeks. I've replaced it a couple of times but after some time, the same problems arise with newer units. If you can sort this issue out, great, but I'd prefer to get it replaced by a unit that's much more reliable. I don't have any expertise wiring these things up to an irrigation system but the main wiring/watering system is already in place, so it shouldn't be a major task for someone who knows what they're doing. - Due date: Flexible
