Looking to fix range-hood in kitchen

My electricity bill has tripled. I have a freezer that I’ve recently noticed seems to be running constantly, and I’m not sure if that’s the reason it’s using so much energy. I’d like to check whether it’s the door seal, if the freezer needs maintenance, or what might be causing the issue.

Need a qualified plumber to fix the small gas leak near the valve.

Fridge doors not sealing properly. Not sure if it’s the seals or magnetic sensors. It’s a Fisher & Paykal fridge and I’ve been quoted $61.75 for each of the French door gaskets by Fisher & Paykal. So $123.50. However, I’m not sure if it’s the seals as they seem to be in good condition and not cracked or perished.

Remove old seal on washing machine and replace with new seal. Already have the seal/ part, just need someone to it put on. Have edited to reflect $10. Please contact with a quote for the job as I acknowledge it’s not a $10 task. Will pay in cash/ direct to the person who completes the task.

We require someone to supply and change the aqua stop hose on our washing machine and connect it to the cold water tap asap. The current hose is not connecting to the cold water tap. I think it’s lost the grip.
